AI Static Designer

HIRING: AI Static Designer ($600/month) — Part Time

We're a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand looking for an AI static designer to work inside our in-house creative team.

Quality is non-negotiable for us. Every creative gets executed strongly, so attention to detail matters here.

What you'd be making:
Every static format there is — headline statics, offer/promo creatives, before/afters, post-it style, review/testimonial statics, and everything in between. You should know all the formats and when to use each.

What we're looking for:
⁃ Deeply immersed in AI creative — constantly testing new tools and models, and you know what's actually working in the market right now, not just what's trending
⁃ Strong marketing fundamentals — hooks, visual hierarchy, why people buy, what makes an ad feel native instead of staged
⁃ You source your own inspiration — you go find formats and concepts worth remaking on your own, without waiting to be handed a brief
⁃ You know how to use Claude or ChatGPT to build your prompts and generate images on Higgsfield — if you don't already work this way, don't apply
⁃ Fully autonomous — you don't need heavy direction, you produce high-quality AI statics on your own
⁃ Built for volume — we need 10-20 statics per day
⁃ Hungry to produce as many winners as possible, and want to be compensated accordingly
