THE ROLE
We're looking to hire the first senior GTM Engineer within our outbound/GTM agency, ToplineX ( ---------- ). You'll help build out the outbound/GTM strategy for our clients, and run end-to-end delivery for our clients, including infrastructure setup, list building, personalisation where necessary, copywriting, campaign management (i.e., identifying when something isn't working, and having a clear plan to test and iterate). The role would involve managing around 10-15 clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in outbound / cold email
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay & Claude Code
- Experience building & enriching outbound lead lists
- Understanding of B2B outbound and cold outreach fundamentals
