TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

We are a Hong Kong and Singapore beverage company with two brands — protea, a protein tea, and Lyra, a natural energy drink. Both are sold in Hong Kong and Singapore, in retail and online.

We are largely developed on Shopify and Instagram, and are looking to building out our two Singapore TikTok Shops and would like to find someone to work with us to build up our TikTok Shop and affiliate base. This will be an exciting opportunity to build and grow a TikTok shop from the start, with lots of ownership and executional freedom provided.

THE ROLE

• Scout TikTok creators/affiliates in Singapore who fit our brands
• Handle outreach with creators
• Run the seeding and sampling process end to end
• Work with creators on content ideas, and track what goes live
• D ---------- which creators to onboard onto our program
• Day to day management of the affiliate program

COMPENSATION

• $650 USD/month as base
• Bonuses of up to $2,650 per month depending on reaching GMV thresholds

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate experience — experience in sourcing creators, managing seeding end to end, handling affiliate enquiries, and affiliate program day to day management
• Enthuasiatic and communicative, both with affiliates and with the in-house marketing team
• Organised, and comfortable being measured on sales

• Experience in working with Asian TikTok creators/affiliates and beverage/food/wellness categories are a plus
