One-Time Project: 20 High-Quality T-Shirt Designs for Print-on-Demand (POD)

About Us

We are 31 Thread Co., a creative, faith-rooted quilting and fabric business based in Tennessee, USA. Alongside our core fabric shop, we are expanding into print-on-demand t-shirts that reflect our love for creativity, quilting, lifestyle, and faith.

We are looking for a skilled designer to create 20 original, high-quality t-shirt designs that are professional, stylish, and ready for POD platforms such as Printful, Printify, or Gelato.

Project Scope

• Create 20 original t-shirt designs in line with our brand (faith-inspired, quilting/lifestyle, and modern creative themes).
• Designs must be print-ready: 300 DPI, transparent background, correct dimensions for POD.
• Provide mockups for each design (on t-shirts for listing purposes).
• Deliver files in both editable (AI/PSD or Canva/Kittl) and final PNG formats.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Pro, or Kittl).
• Previous experience designing for print-on-demand t-shirts.
• Ability to create polished, professional designs (not clipart-only or generic Canva text).
• Must be original work — no stolen or copyrighted images.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation

• Flat rate: $400 USD for 20 designs (approx. $20 per design).
• Payment will be made upon satisfactory completion and delivery of all 20 designs.
• Opportunity for future part-time work creating additional designs and helping with POD/Etsy/Shopify listings if this project goes well.
