Business Credit Reporting & Compliance Coordinator

Corpire Capital is a business credit and funding-readiness company helping entrepreneurs build fundable businesses. We're looking for a detail-driven Reporting & Compliance Coordinator to own our monthly tradeline reporting cycle across three bureaus — Experian, CreditSafe, and Equifax.
This is a small, contained role by hours, but it carries real weight: what you report each month becomes part of our audit trail, so accuracy and consistency matter more than speed.
What your monthly cycle actually looks like:

Using Ai based software
1. Pull the current member account list (currently 12 active accounts) from our internal tracking sheet.
2. For each account, review the payment history and current utilization to d ---------- whether a balance should be reported that cycle — this requires real judgment, not a fixed rule.
3. Prepare the CSV report formatted correctly for each bureau (Experian, CreditSafe, and Equifax each have their own format).
4. Upload each CSV to its bureau portal.
5. For any account with a reported balance change, generate a matching invoice in our invoicing system so our records stay audit-ready.
6. Log what was reported, to which bureau, and why, in our monthly compliance log.
7. Flag anything unusual — a missed payment, an unexpected utilization spike — to Dee before it's reported.
You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Are genuinely comfortable with numbers — you can look at a balance and payment history and reason through a judgment call, not just follow a checklist.
• Have basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience (QuickBooks, Wave, or similar).
• Are reliable on a monthly deadline — this role has few hours, but they can't slip.
• Can be trusted with sensitive financial data.
• Bonus: any prior exposure to business credit bureaus or tradeline reporting.

Pay: , part-time, 2 hours/week. Will increase as members subscribe to product.This role is replacing a departing team member, so a short training handoff will be provided.
