Order 77 is hiring a creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer for our growing production team.
We create long-form lore, storytelling, and documentary-style content and need someone who can turn video topics into eye-catching, clickable thumbnails.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience designing YouTube thumbnails
-Strong composition and visual storytelling skills
-Excellent typography, framing, contrast, and subject placement
-Ability to create thumbnails that communicate the topic instantly
-Able to match an existing channel's visual style
-Experience with Star Wars, gaming, lore, entertainment, or documentaries is a plus
-Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Rate:
-$10 per thumbnail
