Commission-Only Sales Rep (30% Per Deal) — AI Automation, US Service Businesses

Summary
We build AI systems (voice agents, chatbots, booking automation, missed-call follow-up, lead reactivation, and full custom AI systems) for US service businesses — electricians, plumbers, HVAC, junk removal, pest control.

Deals range $1,000–$12,000 upfront plus monthly recurring — you earn 30% of every deal you personally close, meaning top deals can pay $3,000+ in commission on a single close.

You'll cold call business owners from a provided lead list, run the full pitch, handle objections, and close the sale — no handoff to a separate closer.

Must be a US-based native or near-native English speaker with real sales experience — ideally B2B, cold calling, or outbound experience. You should already know how to sell and be comfortable building your own pitch — we don't provide a script.

We provide the CRM and lead list; the sales approach is on you.

This is commission-only, so it's best suited to a self-motivated closer who wants uncapped earning potential over a guaranteed paycheck.
