Video Editor for AI Reels - $900/month - No Experience Needed

What we do:
-We make short vertical videos (reels) using AI.
-The system is already built and tested. We need editors to follow it.
-We are hiring +10 editors in the next few weeks.

What you will do:
-We send you the script and all the prompts. You follow these steps:

1. Copy our prompts into Google Flow. Generate the images.
2. Choose the best images. Turn them into video clips.
3. Upscale every clip in Topaz Video AI.
4. Edit the clips together. Add captions with the font and preset we give you.
5. Upload the finished reel and the project folder to Google Drive.

Later, when you are ready, you will also post the reels to our accounts.
You do not write scripts. You do not create ideas. We do that part. You follow the steps and deliver good reels.

How long one reel takes:
-Our editors finish one reel in 20 to 28 minutes.
-You will be slower in the beginning. This is normal for everyone.

Pay:
-$900 per month for 10 reels per day. This is a long-term job.
-We pay every two weeks by bank transfer.

When you are fast, 10 reels is about 4 to 5 hours of work.
In your first weeks you might make less than 10 reels per day. That is okay. We pay you for the reels you finish while you learn.

One important rule:
-You must deliver reels every day.
-You choose your own hours. You can work any time you want. Your timezone does not matter to us.
But a day with zero reels is a problem. Please do not apply if you cannot do this.

What you need:
-Google AI subscription (for Flow). The cheapest plan is fine. We pay for this after you join us.
-Topaz Video AI. This is required. We do not accept reels without upscaling. If you do not have it, tell us and we will discuss it.
-Editing software. Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, anything you like. We will show you Premiere because that is what we use.
-WhatsApp. We use it every day to talk to the team.
-Any computer is fine. We will not tell you what to buy.

What we do NOT need:
-No CV
-No portfolio
-No experience
-We only want to know one thing: can you make good reels? Nothing else matters.

-People who do not want to follow our system

Growth:
You start as an editor.
Editors who are reliable later manage other editors and help run the business. We promote people from inside the team.

Write the word strawberry in your message. If the word is missing, we will not read your message.
If you look like a good fit, we send you a trial task. You make one reel and send it back to us.
The trial reel is not paid. It is the interview. Most people finish it in less than 30-40 min.
