Full-Time Short-Form Video Editor — UGC & Social Media

We’re hiring a reliable full-time video editor to join Lever UGC and edit high-volume TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is primarily straightforward, repeatable editing—not complex cinematic production. Every assignment arrives through our organized Editing Bay with labeled A-roll, B-roll, music, instructions, and inspiration videos.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Turn organized footage into engaging short-form videos
• Match the pacing, captions, music, and structure of reference videos
• Remove pauses and keep videos fast and engaging
• Add clean captions, B-roll, music, and simple effects
• Complete revisions accurately and quickly
• Keep project files and exports organized
• Communicate immediately when footage or instructions are missing

SCHEDULE AND PAY

• 40 hours per week across six working days
• One fixed rest day each week
• Starting pay: $4 USD/hour
• Paid weekly during the initial trial
• 14-day paid production trial
• Compensation review after 30 days based on reliability, quality, and output
• Long-term opportunity with increased pay and responsibility

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• First drafts targeted within 8 working hours and delivered within 12 working hours
• Build toward 12–15 approved videos per day after training
• Follow references and instructions closely
• Consistently meet deadlines
• Respond well to direct feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Reliable computer capable of editing efficiently
• Stable, fast internet connection
• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop
• Strong attention to detail and written English
• Reliable communication and availability
• Willingness to learn repeatable editing formats
