Content & Marketing Assistant for US Media Production Company

Salary: $1,000 USD/month, fixed. Paid twice monthly. Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Some US Eastern overlap needed for one weekly call - most communication is done via Slack.

About us: LeClair Media is a commercial photo and video company in Florida. We shoot for manufacturers, healthcare companies, and home builders across the US. We have a backlog of years of great work and no one publishing it - that's where you come in!

What you'll do:

Write blog posts and case studies from our finished projects and publish them on our Squarespace site
Write and post content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads in the owner's voice (he approves, you post)
Plan the edits: we have a full-time video editor, so you'll go through project footage, d ---------- what videos we need for each platform, and brief the editor. You don't edit, you direct what gets edited.
Build the monthly posting schedule and keep it running. Target cadence: LinkedIn 3x/week, Instagram 3-4x/week, Threads 4-5x/week, and 2 blog posts or case studies a month.
Write email s to potential leads and follow up with them. The goal is booking meetings for the owner.
Keep our Google Sheet tracker updated every Friday

Must have:

Excellent written English. Your drafts should need approval, not editing.
Experience writing LinkedIn or Instagram content for a business owner or brand
Comfortable in Squarespace or a similar site builder
Can write a cold email a busy marketing director would reply to, and follow up without being pushy
Good eye for which moments in raw footage make a strong short clip
Reliable, works from a checklist, updates us on Slack without being asked

Nice to have: B2B or industrial clients, Canva, CapCut or basic video trimming, a CRM like GoHighLevel.
