Producer / Delivery Manager for AI Video Agency

We produce AI generated video ads for international brands, mostly telehealth and health. Volume has grown past what I can coordinate alone, and I am hiring a producer to run delivery.

This is not a virtual assistant role. You will own whether work ships on time and to standard.

What the job actually is

I hand you a brief. You take it from there.

That means breaking it into tasks, assigning to the right person on the team, chasing whatever assets we are missing, checking the work before it comes back to me, and tracking deadlines across several clients at once.

The part that matters most is quality control. When a video comes back, you need to spot that the character changed between scenes, or the product name is mispronounced, or it does not match the brief. If you cannot tell good work from mediocre work, this role will not suit you.

Who this is for
-You have coordinated creative or production work before, agency side ideally
-You are comfortable chasing people and holding a deadline without being unpleasant about it
-You notice detail. Small errors bother you
-You can look at a piece of video and say specifically what is wrong with it
-You communicate clearly and quickly, and you follow up without being reminded
-You want a long term role where you own something

Requirements
-Reliable internet and a computer that handles video review
-Good written English
-Experience coordinating work across a team, in any creative or production context
-Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. Client work is private
