I'm looking for a detail-oriented video editor to handle the assembly of short-form faceless videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You won't need to write scripts or record voiceovers — those are provided. Your job is to take a script with scene cues, a finished voiceover file, and turn it into a fully edited, ready-to-post video.
Your responsibilities:
Source matching stock footage/clips in CapCut based on provided scene cues (e.g., "[search: person sleeping]")
Sync visuals precisely to the voiceover's timing and pacing
Add auto-generated captions, styled per reference video (bold/highlighted key words)
Adjust background music volume (kept low, 10-20%, or muted per instructions)
Export in 9:16 ratio at highest quality, meeting both TikTok and Instagram specs
Communicate progress and flag any issues (e.g., unclear cues, missing assets) promptly
What I provide each time:
Script with scene-by-scene b-roll cues
Finished voiceover audio file (MP3/WAV)
Reference video(s) for style, pacing, and caption formatting
