Virtual Assistant/Data research/social media

I are looking for a virtual assistant with a can do anything attitude for a variety of projects that will change as you show what you can do. One of the first and on going projects will be to find profitable products for us to resell on Amazon. Additionally you will in charge of creating videos for social media, interacting with comments on social media, making phone calls to the united states, and a variety of other tasks as needed.

Here are a few of the attributes I am looking for.

• Highly organized
• Great communication skills - highly proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Able to work independently with little or no instructions.
• Highly skilled at researching on the internet.
• Ability to make phone calls to the US with a US based phone number.
• Willing to learn new tasks/programs on your own time.
• Skilled in, or willing to learn how to quickly and efficiently make faceless videos for social media.
• Skilled in MS Office.
• Genuinely curious, with the desire and drive to figure anything out.
• Wiliness to do "whatever it takes"
• A reliable high speed internet and computer.
• Ability to work United States daytime hours as needed.
• Ability to vet and hire additional oversees workers as needed.
• Not scared of or unwilling to take on and accomplish any task.
• Must be very trustworthy.

I am looking for someone that can quickly show me that they can help save me time and money, and can also help make me money. Looking for someone that is highly driven to quickly grow within the position.

Position will pay $3 an hour, 20 hours a week to start. Ability to quickly move to $5++ per hour and fulltime as quickly as you can show me you are who I am looking for.
