Social Media Content & Marketing Assistant — AI Reels & Carousels

We operate two parenting content brands: an Islamic parenting brand, and a general non-religious parenting brand.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented assistant who can research engaging content ideas, follow our creative systems, and produce consistent videos and carousels. Training, ongoing mentor support throughout the job, and required paid tool access will be provided.

Content targets

After training, our target is eight finished posts per day across both brands:

• 1st brand: two short-form Reels and two carousels.
• 2nd brand: two short-form Reels and two carousels.

That totals 28 Reels and 28 complete carousel posts per week. A carousel means the full multi-slide post, not an individual image.

Where appropriate, content can begin from shared parenting concepts, then be adapted separately for each brand’s audience, wording, visuals, and message.

What we provide

• Training in our content research and production workflow.
• Ongoing guidance and support from a mentor throughout the job, not just during onboarding, including feedback, answers to workflow questions, and help improving your content and production skills.
• Script frameworks, storyboard and prompt examples, visual references, and templates.
• Clear brand guidelines and examples of the expected quality.
• Required paid AI and editing tool access.
• Feedback and approval before publishing.

You will help research and develop content using these resources; this is not a role where every finished script and creative decision is supplied.

Your responsibilities

• Research relevant parenting topics and strong content angles using our process.
• Develop original hooks, scripts, and carousel copy with AI assistance and our frameworks.
• Submit content ideas and drafts for approval before full production.
• Generate consistent AI images and animate scenes using our workflow.
• Edit Reels with voiceover, captions, approved soundtracks, and effective pacing.
• Produce complete carousels using our established styles and templates.
• Check spelling, text overflow, visual consistency, and brand accuracy.
• Flag factual or religious claims for verification rather than inventing references.
• Organize project files and schedule approved content.

The role does not include customer service, answering DMs, community management, or paid advertising.

Schedule and workload

You may batch the full week’s content into five days or fewer, or spread production across the week, provided approved posts are ready before their publishing deadlines.

The paid trial will include research, production, quality checks, and revisions so we can agree on a realistic workload and schedule before committing to the ongoing arrangement. If the target is not sustainable, we will review the process and scope rather than assume unlimited extra hours.

Requirements

• Practical CapCut skills and experience designing multi-slide carousels.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI image or video tools.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research ideas without copying other creators’ work.
• Reliable computer, internet, and communication.
• Ability to keep Islamic and non-religious brand content distinct.
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and apply feedback consistently.

Compensation and training

• $400 USD per month, paid $200 twice monthly.
• A short paid production test, with scope and payment agreed beforehand.
• Fully paid training during a 30-day probation period if hired.
• Continued training and mentor support after probation, included as part of the role at no cost to you.
• Potential future pay reviews or bonuses based on quality, reliability, and business affordability. No increase or bonus is guaranteed.
