About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to create simple 2-minute “How-To” tutorial videos. You will record your screen while demonstrating each task and explain what you are doing with clear, natural English narration. There is no need to show your face, create animations, or do heavy video editing. This is a long-term position for someone who can consistently complete the weekly workload.
What You'll Do

  • Receive a daily or weekly list of tutorial topics and required keywords.
  • Follow the provided instructions and reference examples.
  • Record your screen while completing the required task.
  • Explain each step naturally as you perform it.
  • Record tutorials on PC or mobile depending on the topic.
  • Make sure your mouse clicks and actions match your narration.
  • Keep videos clear, simple, and easy to follow.
  • Make basic corrections when necessary.
  • Upload completed videos to our shared Google Drive folder.
  • Follow our SOPs and instructions carefully.

At first, you'll need to perform each step carefully. Once you become familiar with the workflow, most tutorials should be possible to complete in one continuous recording.
Workload
Approximately 20–30 videos per week, usually 4–6 videos per day, 5 days per week.
Most videos will be around 2 minutes long.
Once you learn the workflow, each video should generally take around 3–5 minutes to record, depending on the topic.
Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation.
  • Natural and understandable voice. No robotic or monotone delivery.
  • Comfortable using computers, browsers, software, and settings.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to follow step-by-step instructions accurately.
  • Reliable PC/laptop capable of running screen-recording software.
  • Decent microphone or headset.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • A reasonably quiet environment for recording.
  • Reliable and consistent with deadlines.

Experience with OBS, Loom, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar software is a plus, but previous experience is not required if you are comfortable learning.
Compensation
Base Pay: $60/week
Additional performance bonuses of up to $30/week may be available based on:

  • High-quality and accurate recordings
  • Consistent on-time delivery
  • Completing the expected workload
  • Following SOPs correctly
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Proactively identifying and fixing workflow issues

Total potential earnings: up to $90/week.
Payments are made weekly via PayPal or Wise.
Why Work With Us?

  • Long-term position with consistent weekly work.
  • Flexible working hours as long as deadlines are met.
  • Clear instructions, SOPs, and reference videos provided.
  • Simple and repeatable workflow.
  • Regular feedback.
  • Opportunity for reliable high performers to take on additional responsibilities and higher-paying work.
