Remote Casting Coordinator / Talent Booker — Social Media Content

We’re looking for a reliable and resourceful Remote Casting Coordinator / Talent Booker to help source and coordinate talent for short-form social media videos filmed primarily in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

This is a long-term position for someone who is great at finding people online, communicating with talent, staying organized, and making sure the right people actually show up for shoots.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source actors, creators, models, and on-camera personalities in Las Vegas and Los Angeles
• Post casting calls and actively search for talent through social media, casting platforms, Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Find people who match specific casting requirements such as age, appearance, personality, location, and availability
• Review applicants and send us the best candidates, rather than simply forwarding everyone who applies
• Communicate with potential talent about availability, shoot details, and compensation
• Confirm talent before shoots and follow up to reduce cancellations/no-shows
• Find backup/replacement talent quickly when necessary
• Maintain an organized database of reliable talent we can use for future videos
• Learn the type of personalities and people that work best for our content

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should be:

• Reliable and highly responsive
• Organized and able to manage multiple people at once
• Good at online research and finding people
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers professionally
• A strong English communicator
• Good at judging whether someone will be natural/entertaining on camera
• Able to follow specific casting instructions
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• Resourceful when someone cancels or a role needs to be filled quickly

Previous experience in casting, talent sourcing, recruiting, influencer outreach, production coordination, or a similar role is strongly preferred.

You do not need to be an established Hollywood casting director. We care much more about whether you can consistently find good, affordable, reliable talent.

COMPENSATION
$25 per casting assignment + $5 for every approved talent you book who successfully shows up and participates in the shoot. Consistent work available, with the opportunity to move into a weekly paid position as our production volume grows.

There is potential for increased compensation and responsibility for someone who consistently performs well.

This is intended to be a long-term working relationship.

• 2 women
• Ages 21–30
• Located in or around Las Vegas
• Comfortable and natural on camera
• Good personality/energy
• Available for approximately 2–3 hours
• Talent budget: $75 per person

Find 5 potential candidates you believe would realistically be a good fit.

For each candidate, provide:

• Name
• Photo + social media/portfolio link
• Location
• Where you found them
• A short explanation of why you selected them

IMPORTANT: Do NOT contact, message, or attempt to book these people. This is only a sourcing exercise so we can evaluate your ability to find appropriate talent.

Finally, answer this question:
