Call Centre Sales Manager
Confidential employer
We're looking for a sales manager to run our appointment setting team. You'll own the hiring, the training, and the day-to-day management of the appointment setters who book appointments for our medical spa clinics in the United States. The person we want makes decisions from the numbers.
Not from how the team feels, not from what someone said in a meeting — from the data. You should be the kind of manager who opens the report before you open Slack, and who can tell me which setter is slipping before they tell you.
You also need to have actually sold. Not customer service — selling. Carrying a target on the phone, handling objections, closing. You cannot coach what you have never done.

What you'll be responsible for
- Leading and managing the team. Our setters call warm inbound leads — women who have already filled in a form asking about a treatment — and book them into the clinic's calendar with a paid deposit. Nobody here cold calls. Your job is that they hit their numbers.
- Team performance monitoring. Reviewing clinic and team numbers every day, and basing your training and your management decisions on what those numbers say.
- Scripting. Building the call scripts for each clinic's promotion, written to book appointments with a deposit attached. Your setters read what you write.
- Quality assurance. Making sure the team stays on script, with the right tonality and a conversational flow. One call review per setter, per day.
- Process improvement. Continually optimising how we run as the company grows, and bringing in new technology and new methods as they become available.
- Reporting and analysis. Making sure every setter files their end-of-day report, checking those reports against the actual call data, and reporting up.
Requirements
- Experience. Minimum 3 years managing teams in a call center environment, ideally in sales or digital marketing. A genuine sales background. Outbound, target-carrying, objection-handling sales. Inbound customer support experience is not a substitute — please don't apply on the strength of it.
- Analytical thinking. You can read a set of numbers, find the trend, and turn it into a decision. This is the single thing we'll test hardest.
- Accountability. You've held people to expectations and KPIs. You've had the difficult conversation, put someone on a plan, and let someone go when it didn't work. A manager who avoids conflict cannot do this job, however well liked they are.
- Coaching. A track record of taking a weak performer and making them good. Be ready to name a specific person, what was wrong, and what their numbers went from and to.
- Technical ability. Comfortable with call center and CRM software, dialers, programmable SMS, and project management tools. Experience with AI or chatbot integration is a strong plus.
- Detail. You'll be cross-checking end-of-day reports against real call data. Numbers that don't reconcile need to bother you.
- Communication. Fluent, native-level English, spoken and written. You'll be coaching calls made to American women — you need to hear tone and hesitation, not just words.
Pay & Hours
- $2,500 USD/Month + Performance Bonuses
- 40 hrs/week
