Shopify VA transfer of ownership and rebranding.

I’m looking for an experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant to help take over and organise the online side of an established Australian honey business.

Immediate priorities:

• Fix and verify Shopify payment/payout details
• Complete transfer of Shopify accounts, websites and domains
• Link all websites, domains, email s and Shopify systems correctly
• Update and improve existing website content
• Add new products, pricing, images and descriptions
• Assist with setting up and managing online advertising
• Work directly with graphic designers and other contractors
• Help streamline and document everything so the business is easy to manage moving forward

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ Shopify experience
• Strong knowledge of Shopify payments, domains, products and store management
• Experience with e-commerce and digital advertising
• Good English and communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with an Australian business/time zone

I don’t need someone who requires step-by-step instructions for every task. I’m looking for someone who can review the current setup, identify problems, recommend solutions and help me get everything running properly.

There is potential for ongoing VA work after the initial Shopify handover and setup is completed.
