SDR / Lead Generation Specialist

Position: Sales Development Representative (Lead Gen)
Type: Contract or part-time to start, potential to grow with the studio

Reports to: Founder
Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonuses/commissions on top of salary

Re:spwn is a design studio for DTC and e-commerce brands. We're obsessed with great design and what it can do for a brand, covering web design and development, paid media creative, email design, and design systems. We're in active growth mode building pipeline with new site builds and rebuilds.
What you'll do
Build and manage targeted lead lists of DTC/e-commerce brands (new builds and rebuilds)
Run outbound sequences via cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead) and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads before they reach the founder
Track pipeline activity in CRM (Airtable/Notion/HubSpot)
Personalize outreach based on brand research, avoid generic templated pitches
Book qualified discovery calls
What we're looking for
1-3 years experience in SDR, lead gen, or outbound sales, ideally agency or B2B services
Comfortable with cold email infrastructure and deliverability basics
Strong written communication, can write outreach that sounds human, not AI-generated or listy
Familiar with e-commerce/DTC landscape a plus
Self-starter, comfortable in a pre-launch/early-stage environment
Must have your own laptop/desktop and currently based in the Philippines
