Position summary: Public Force is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and technically skilled virtual assistant based in the Philippines. Responsibilities include researching products and suppliers on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Alibaba, 1688, and other marketplaces. Performing thorough vendor verification, identifying profitable wholesale and truckload opportunities, and using AI tools like ChatGPT to compare products and analyze market trends. Providing basic remote IT support such as troubleshooting printers, Wi-Fi, and login issues. Maintaining organized spreadsheets and databases. Preparing and sending a weekly text message campaign to customers, promoting Thursday sales and special offers each week. Communicating progress and updates clearly. Qualifications—excellent written and spoken English, experience sourcing products and verifying online suppliers, strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, basic IT troubleshooting experience, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail. Preferred experience with wholesale or liquidation sourcing. Work schedule: part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
