Sales Representative

Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks

Pay: Hourly Rate of ---------- PHP + Recurring 10% commission of gross profit from every account generated and closed

Qualification:

• Excellent English communication Skills
• Great phone presence with punctuality, no accent, and can pass as an American
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Confident and persuasive
• Problem solver
• Knows how to listen and understand clients needs and/or concerns, then bring the sale home
• Motivated by big commissions
• Has the stamina to put in a solid 8 hours of work Monday - Friday without distractions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generating and prospecting new accounts for staffing needs
• Managing accounts post sale
• Minimum 40 new leads generated on average daily, while managing existing pipeline and accounts
• Minimum 40 outbound calls daily
