Operations & Business Analytics Manager

About the Role

Stanza Solutions is a growing startup in the property management and temporary housing industry. We are looking for an Operations & Business Analytics Manager to oversee our team's day-to-day operations, improve internal processes, and use business data to help drive better decisions.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will work closely with management to monitor team performance, identify operational issues, develop solutions, and ensure that daily processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the team's daily tasks, workflow, and productivity.
• Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed.
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs and business performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Manage and coach team members as needed.
• Work closely with management on business decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, management, business analytics, property management, or a related field.
• Previous team management/supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Startup or property management experience is a plus.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

We are looking for someone who can think like a manager and an analyst—someone who doesn't simply monitor whether tasks are completed, but understands why processes are working or failing and can recommend ways to improve them.

The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership, holding team members accountable, analyzing data, and working directly with leadership to help build and scale the company's operations.
