GoHighLevel Specialist for US Marketing Agency (Long Term, Growing Team)
Confidential employer
ABOUT US
We are a US marketing agency. We run Facebook and Google ads for outdoor lighting companies and we book estimates for them. We are small and growing fast, and we are building a real team, not looking for one-off help.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will own our GoHighLevel setup across all client accounts. Day to day that looks like:
- Build and fix workflows: speed to lead, appointment reminders, no show follow up, long term nurture
- Set up new client accounts from a checklist, and help us make that checklist faster every time
- Connect forms, landing pages, and webhooks so leads land in the right pipeline with the right tags
- Watch the pipelines every day and make sure no lead is sitting there ignored
- Reply to inbound lead messages during US business hours and get people booked on the calendar
- Keep calendars, pipelines, and tags clean and consistent across accounts
- Tell us when something is broken before we find out from a client
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Real hands on GoHighLevel experience. You have built workflows yourself, not just watched someone else do it
- You can explain why a workflow is not firing and then fix it
- Good written English. You will be messaging US homeowners, so it has to read naturally
- Reliable during some US business hours (we will agree on the overlap)
- You notice small things. Wrong tag, wrong calendar, duplicate contact, and you catch it
NICE TO HAVE (not required)
- Meta Ads Manager experience
- Zapier or Make
- Landing page building (Lovable, GHL funnels, or similar)
THE JOB
- Start at 20 hours per week, moving to full time as we grow. We are adding clients every month
- Pay depends on experience. Tell us your rate
- Long term. We want one person who owns this, not a rotating crew
- We pay on time, every time
HOW TO APPLY
Please do these three things. Applications that skip them will not be read.
1. Put the word LIGHTHOUSE in your subject line
2. Describe one GoHighLevel workflow you built yourself. What triggered it, what were the steps, and what problem did it solve?
3. Tell us about a time an automation broke. How did you figure out what was wrong?
Shortlisted applicants get a small paid test project before we hire. We pay for your time on it.
