Outbound Sales Rep — Proven Closer, Cold Calling (2-5 yrs Exp) | $9/hr + Commission

Pay: $9/hour base + 5% commission on closed deals (avg. deal value $500 = ~$25 bonus per close)

Schedule: Must be flexible to cover US business hours

We're a small, fast-moving sales/marketing company selling directly to local business owners in the US. This is a fully independent, eat-what-you-kill sales role — we do not provide a lead list or generate leads for you. You will source your own prospects, run your own outreach, and close your own deals from day one.

This role is built for someone who has already proven they can close — not someone learning to.

What you'll actually do:
Source your own leads/prospects — no list will be provided
Cold call US-based business owners with a B2B offer
Build, run, and refine your own outreach process without direction or hand-holding
Close deals independently and manage your own pipeline

This role is NOT a fit if:
You need a lead list, script, or step-by-step direction to get started
You've mostly worked lead-provided, dial-and-log sales jobs
You go quiet or polite when a prospect pushes back — we need pushy, not passive

Requirements:
2–5 years outbound B2B sales / cold calling experience with proven closes (be ready to give specific numbers)
Demonstrated ability to self-source leads, not just work a provided list
Advanced English required — must have excellent/fluent spoken English
Flexible availability across US business hours
