About the Role
We are hiring CAD/CAM Dental Design Specialists to support a fast-growing U.S.-based dental laboratory that serves dental and orthodontic practices.
This is a remote design role for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, methodical, and strong with 3D visual thinking. You will work through assigned dental design cases using the lab’s licensed software and quality standards.
Dental experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right candidate. Full training will be provided on the lab’s software, workflow, and expectations. The most important requirement is strong 3D spatial awareness and the ability to do focused, accurate screen-based design work for long periods of time.

What You’ll Do
Dental Design Production
Log into the lab’s remote system at the start of each shift
Work through an assigned queue of dental design cases
Complete cases using 3Shape Implant Studio inside the lab’s licensed software environment
Follow the lab’s design specifications and quality standards
Maintain accuracy and consistency across your full shift
Flag case questions, unclear details, or issues to the supervising team
Keep a focused and steady work pace

Communication & Team Collaboration
Communicate clearly with the supervising team about case status, questions, and blockers
Participate in training during the onboarding period
Join training sessions that may require some overlap with U.S. daytime hours
Represent the lab’s quality standards in every case you complete
Ask questions early instead of guessing when something is unclear

Required Skills
Strong 3D spatial awareness
Ability to look at a 3D model and understand geometry, arch shape, dimensions, and positioning
Comfortable doing focused, detail-oriented computer work for extended periods
Patient, methodical, and accurate work style
Computer-savvy and able to learn new software
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Strong written and spoken English for remote team communication
Available to work Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM Central Time

Nice to Have
Prior CAD design experience, dental or non-dental
Dental lab, dental assisting, or dental industry background
Experience with 3Shape, 3Shape Implant Studio, exocad, or other dental CAD software
Experience working remotely with a U.S.-based team
Background in gaming, 3D modeling, engineering design, architecture, product design, or any field that builds strong spatial and visual instincts
Software

This role uses 3Shape Implant Studio, licensed by the lab. You will access the software remotely through the lab’s system.

You do not need to own or install personal dental CAD software.
