About This Role
Malone Painting is hiring a fully remote Inbound Appointment Setter and Client Experience Coordinator, open to candidates in the Philippines, Mexico, and Central America. Starting Pay is $6.00 to $7.00 USD per hour. You need 2 to 4 years in a customer-facing phone role and clear, easy to understand spoken English, since you will be the first voice or text a potential customer gets from us: answering calls, following up on leads by text, and scheduling estimates with our painting project consultants.

This role reports to our Client Experience Manager and sits at the front of the business.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Answer inbound calls and start callers toward booking an estimate.

Follow up on open leads by text through our CRM's automated workflows.

Schedule appointments with our painting estimators.

Work through non-scripted situations using your own judgment.

Requirements
Required Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing phone role (customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or similar)

Strong verbal communication skills — clear, easily-understood spoken English

Experience working live US business hours (not required to have worked this exact time zone, but must be able to commit to it going forward)

Comfortable with CRM systems ( ---------- , Slack, Claude, Quo/Ring Central or similar) and general office software

Strong critical thinking and independent judgment — able to handle non-scripted situations

Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
