About the Role

Meta Ads Launch Specialist - Grow Into Media Buyer (Part-Time, 1-2 hrs/day, Remote)

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health brand. We test a lot of creative: our strategists and editors ship new video and static ads every week, and every one of them has to go live in Meta fast, clean and correct. That's the seat we're hiring for.

You'll own the launch side of our Meta ad account. Our team hands you finished ads and a brief. You get them live, exactly right, every time, and you keep the account organized as the volume grows. You'll have an SOP for structure, naming and settings from day one, so you're never guessing. Over time we want the person in this seat to grow into a full media buyer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Launch new creatives from briefs into the right campaigns and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager, and build new ad sets when the brief calls for it.
  • Set every ad up correctly: primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTA, URL and tracking, page and Instagram identity, placements, the optimization event, and our naming convention.
  • Write and adapt primary text and headline variants from our copy bank, using AI tools to move fast without lowering the quality.
  • QA every ad before and after publishing: right creative, right copy, right link, right settings, no typos. Catch mistakes before they cost money.
  • Watch approvals daily, handle rejections and policy flags, fix and resubmit, and tell us when something needs a decision.
  • Keep the launch tracker and creative log current so the whole team always knows what's live, what's paused and what's been tested.
  • Do a short daily account check and a weekly summary: what launched, what broke, what looks off.
  • Help us keep the SOP sharp. If you find a faster or safer way to do something, we want it in the doc.

WHERE THIS GOES
This starts as a part-time launch role, around one to two hours a day, most days of the week. It isn't a full media buying seat on day one: strategy and budget decisions sit with the founder and our strategist for now. But we're not looking for a button-pusher. The person we want understands why an account is structured the way it is, reads the numbers, and wants more. After a successful trial the scope grows: reporting, then kills and scales inside our rules, then your own testing lanes. If you're hungry and reliable, this becomes a full-time media buyer role with bonuses tied to performance.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

  • Have real hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: you've personally built and launched campaigns, ad sets and ads for an ecommerce or DTC brand, ideally in health, supplements or beauty.
  • Are obsessive about detail. A wrong URL or the wrong creative in the wrong ad set is a real loss to you, not a typo.
  • Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) for copy variants, checklists and quick analysis, and you know when not to trust them.
  • Are comfortable in Google Sheets and a task board, and you reply fast on Slack or WhatsApp.
  • Have clear written English and can work a daily window between 3 PM and 11 PM Manila time (we're in Europe).
  • Want to become a media buyer, not stay an uploader.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT (YET)
Not creative production (our editors do that), not agency account management, not strategy or budget ownership on day one. It's the launch engine of a real brand, done with care, with a clear path to more.

PAY AND TERMS
$8-12 USD per hour depending on experience, roughly 7-14 hours a week, paid monthly. One-month paid trial at the full rate. Bonus once you own more of the account. Long-term.

HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with the word LAUNCH so we know you read this. Then answer, in your own words (use AI at work all you like, but we want to hear you here):
1. Which ecommerce or DTC brands have you run Meta ads for, and what did you personally build, launch or change inside Ads Manager?
2. Roughly how many new ads were you personally launching in a typical week in your last relevant role?
3. An ad set that was profitable for two weeks suddenly drops off. What are the first three things you check?
4. Tell us about a mistake you caught while launching or managing ads. What was wrong and what did you do?
5. Your available hours per week, your timezone, and the rate you want.

Include a link to one or two screenshots from an Ads Manager account you've worked in (blur anything sensitive). Shortlisted people get a short paid test task, then a call.
