About the Role

About the Role
Pay: $5.50/hour (part-time or full-time based on fit) Type: Remote, Full-time or Part-time Schedule: must be available during CST business hours, 8am–5pm]

We're a growing residential and commercial cleaning company in the U.S. looking for a sharp, dependable Operations & Hiring Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day running smoothly. You'll be the behind-the-scenes person making sure our cleaning crews show up on time, schedules stay organized, and we always have great cleaners ready to go.

This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable talking to people over chat/phone, and enjoys solving small problems before they become big ones. You'll work closely with the owner and become a key part of how the business runs every single day.

What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling & Dispatch

Monitor cleaner schedules daily to make sure every job is covered
Confirm cleaners are on their way and arrive on time to appointments
Handle last-minute reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows quickly and calmly
Communicate schedule changes to both cleaners and customers

Data & Admin

Input and update job, customer, and cleaner information into our systems (Booking Koala, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel)
Keep records accurate and up to date — job statuses, notes, cleaner assignments
Track attendance, punctuality, and job completion for each cleaner

Hiring Support

Help post job ads and screen applicants for new cleaner positions
Message and follow up with candidates, schedule interviews
Track applicants through the hiring pipeline and keep the owner updated
Help onboard new cleaners once hired (paperwork, scheduling, intro info)

General Operations Support

Flag issues to the owner before they become bigger problems (e.g., patterns of lateness, complaints)
Support other ad hoc admin tasks as the business grows

What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong attention to detail — this role is heavy on accuracy
Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, or willing to learn quickly (we'll train you on our tools)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls/messages
Self-starter who can manage their own time and follow up without being asked twice
Prior experience with scheduling, dispatch, VA work, or HR/recruiting is a big plus
Experience in the home services or cleaning industry is a bonus, but not required

Tools You'll Use (Training Provided)
Booking Koala (scheduling platform)
GoHighLevel (CRM)
Google Sheets / Google Workspace
Slack (team communication)
OpenPhone (calls/texting)

Why Work With Us
Long-term, stable position with a growing company — this isn't a one-off gig
Clear expectations, real training, and a supportive team
Room to grow into a larger operations role as the company scales
Consistent hours and consistent pay
