CREATIVE: VIDEO & STATIC (FULL-TIME)

About Maju Superfoods:

Maju Superfoods is a fast-growing U.S. wellness brand known for its Black Seed Oil and premium natural supplements. We’ve built a strong presence on Meta and are now scaling up our DTC ad production — and we’re looking for a creative editor who can help us craft high-performing ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive conversions.

Role Overview:

You’ll collaborate directly with our Creative Strategist to bring new ad concepts to life — turning scripts, hooks, and UGC content into Meta ads that perform.

Responsibilities:

Create 4 static creatives and 4 video ads per day minimum for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Edit and optimize creatives to improve CTR, ROAS, and CPA

Apply brand guidelines while maintaining high creative variety

Interpret feedback and ad performance data to improve future edits

Use (or learn) AI creative tools like Nanobanana and Sora 2

Communicate closely with the Creative Strategist on daily creative priorities

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience editing Meta ad creatives (both static and video)

Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Photoshop

Understands how to build ads with strong hooks and storytelling

Can work efficiently under deadlines with minimal supervision

Eager to learn AI-based creative tools and adapt quickly

Bonus: familiar with basic ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA)
