The role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes brand, content and campaigns — someone with a genuine creative eye and the drive to run with an idea rather than wait to be told what to do.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You'll design the creative, build the campaigns, source the audience, send the email s and report on what actually moved the needle. If you like owning the whole picture and being trusted to make the call, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do

• Create scroll-stopping, on-brand content — eye-catching social adverts and short-form video built in Canva, all consistent with our brand.
• Run campaigns across every major channel — plan, build and manage paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Microsoft Advertising.
• Own email marketing and CRM — build and send templated email campaigns through Zoho Marketing Automation, and keep contact data clean and organised in Zoho CRM.
• Build the audience — use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Scalelist to build targeted prospect lists, sourcing and enriching contact data to feed the campaigns.
• Report and optimise — track performance closely, understand what's working and what isn't, and continuously sharpen the approach.
• Bring ideas to the table — proactively pitch and deliver campaign plans you believe will land, tailored to what we're trying to achieve.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years' marketing experience, with a proven track record across social, paid advertising and content.
• Evidence of growing a brand — a portfolio or case studies showing measurable results you've delivered, whether that's audience growth, engagement, leads or sales.
• Fluent, high-quality written English — you'll be writing adverts, email s and captions for a UK audience, so polished, error-free English is essential.
• Strong copywriting — you can write the hook, not just design around it.
• B2B marketing experience — we market to businesses, so experience reaching a business audience (and prospecting into it) matters.
• A real expert across social advertising platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Microsoft Advertising.
• A strong design instinct, with solid Canva and video-creation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM — non-negotiable. You'll be working in these every day, so we need proven, practical experience with both.
• Lead-generation and prospecting know-how, ideally with Sales Navigator and enrichment tools.
• A data-driven mindset — comfortable with reporting and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4) and drawing clear conclusions from the numbers.
• A self-starter who's fast on their feet, forward-thinking and full of ideas.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter — we want someone who embraces new ways of working.

• Type: Independent contractor (full-time, 40 hours per week)
• Location: Remote, Philippines-based
• Hours: Working UK business hours (9–5 UK time) — an afternoon/evening shift in the Philippines
• Rate: $350–$400 per month (USD), plus an annual bonus
• Setup you'll need: Your own computer, fast and stable internet, plus backup internet/power and a quiet workspace to keep campaigns on track.
