Social Media Content Creator / CS

I’m looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and engagement-driven Social Media Content Creator VA to support my ecommerce store.

The ideal candidate will be highly focused on content creation, audience engagement, and maintaining active, growing social media platforms across Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube. The role will also include assisting with Content & Blog Manager, customer messages email s, and shipping status updates.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube
• Design graphics and edit short-form videos
• Write captions, product descriptions, and basic blog-style content
• Respond to customer messages and email s
• Assist with shipping status updates and customer communication
• Support overall ecommerce store operations as required

Basic Requirements

• Proficient in Facebook , Instagram, YouTube, and Canva
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, product descriptions, and content writing
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Experience creating engaging and high-performing social media posts
• Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets
• High proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, communicative, and collaborative
• High speed and Stable internet connection is required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Initially 1–6 hours per day depending on workload
• Potential for full-time hours in the future based on business needs
• A second ecommerce store is currently being set up, with opportunities for increased responsibilities over time
• Work will generally follow Philippine time with flexible arrangements where needed

Pay

• Starting rate: USD $2 per hour
• Rate may increase to USD $3 per hour based on performance, reliability, and results
