Google Sheets Data Architect & Dashboard Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets Data Architect / Dashboard Specialist to manage, improve, and troubleshoot multiple business dashboards.

Our dashboards pull data from a CRM and other sources. Some information is automatically imported, while other data is manually entered. You will be responsible for maintaining clean data architecture, ensuring reporting accuracy, improving performance, and resolving issues when data or formulas break.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain complex Google Sheets systems
• Manage data flow from raw data → processing → dashboards
• Build and improve dashboards using QUERY, pivot tables, charts, slicers, filters, and dropdowns
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced formulas
• Maintain data pulled automatically from CRM systems and manually entered datasets
• Identify missing, incorrect, duplicated, or mismatched data
• Improve spreadsheet speed and reduce unnecessary calculations
• Maintain data validation, protected ranges, helper sheets, and named ranges
• Document formulas, dependencies, data sources, and reporting logic
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies independently
• Maintain and improve automated data workflows

Required Skills
You must have advanced/expert-level Google Sheets experience, including strong knowledge of:

Functions:
QUERY, FILTER, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, UNIQUE, SORT, SEQUENCE, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIFS, IF/IFS, IFERROR, REGEX functions, TEXT functions, and date/time formulas.

You should also understand:

• Spreadsheet architecture and normalized data structures
• Dashboard development
• Large-dataset performance optimization
• Data validation and quality control
• CRM-to-Google Sheets data workflows
• Advanced troubleshooting and formula debugging
• SOP and technical documentation

• Additional Skills

Experience with the following is strongly preferred:

ChatGPT / AI tools for formula development, analysis, automation, and documentation
---------- for integrations, webhooks, and automated workflows
Apify for web scraping and external data ingestion
APIs, automation pipelines, pagination, rate limits, and data normalization

You must be comfortable using AI to work faster while still independently validating all formulas, logic, and outputs.

Use a time-tracking application during your working hours
Remain connected to a Zoom breakout room during your scheduled shift
