Wordpress Web Designer 5+ years experience- Dayshift, Use the latest AI Tools

JSK Advisory is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialised in building websites and doing local SEO for local professional services businesses.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Website Designer experienced in both Go High Level (GHL) and WordPress
(Elementor). You should have a strong eye for design that converts, a solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals, and — most importantly — an entrepreneurial mindset. We don't micromanage. We want someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and grows with the business.

In return, you'll get hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI tools, and the systems reshaping digital marketing. But we're looking for self-starters and fast learners — not people who need hand-holding. Our model is high-volume and we use Claude MCP with WordPress to produce websites within hours. As a requirement you need to be able to learn without handholding.

Key Responsibilities
Able to design asethetically pleasing website from scratch in WordPress (Elementor) and Go High Level.
Customise templates or design following brand guidelines.
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, keyword placement, internal linking).
Ensure websites are mobile-optimised and load quickly.
Set up and integrate forms, calendars, and automations inside GHL.
Set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversions, Facebook Pixel, and necessary plugins on WordPress for the generation of campaigns.
Conduct quality checks to ensure usability, speed, and SEO readiness.
Use AI to write SEO-optimised service pages to support content marketing efforts

Requirements
Proven experience designing websites in WordPress and Go High Level at another agency (at least 5-7 years+).
Strong sense of design and understanding of UI/UX for conversions.
Proficiency with Elementor.
Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (title tags, alt tags, schema basics).
Experience with mobile optimisation, speed performance, and user-friendly layouts.
Understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys.
Strong communication and ability to work to deadlines.
Strong knowledge of branding and webdesign systems.
Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) best practices.
Experience with schema markup, page speed tools, and analytics.
Strong experience setting up lead generation campaigns and using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel.
Able to do WordPress hosting, use cPanel, and do monthly checks and backups for WordPress clients.
Ability to write clear, engaging SEO landing pages (service pages and location pages)
Comfort managing multiple web and content projects at once.

Compensation
Hourly rate: USD $10/hr depending on experience. Parttime and fulltime available.
