Video Editor & Content Strategist

We are looking for a creative and strategic full-time Video Editor & Content Strategist to plan, create, and produce engaging, high quality video content. This role combines video editing, content strategy, graphic design, client communication, and the effective use of AI tools and prompts to improve creativity, productivity, and content development.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, bring fresh ideas, and turn project goals into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities
Video Strategy & Editing
Develop video concepts and content strategies based on project goals
Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos
Produce content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other platforms
Use AI tools and prompting to support creative workflows
Stay updated on video, AI, and social media trends
Manage revisions and ensure content meets quality standards

Graphic Design
Create graphics, thumbnails, banners, and social media assets
Use design and AI tools to enhance visual output
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines

Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and content creation
Strong video editing and graphic design skills
Experience with AI tools and the ability to create effective prompts
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Strong understanding of social media and digital content
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Schedule
Working Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Manila Time)
