We are a multi 8-figure a year ecom brand in the beauty/haircare space, focused on women.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to create high-converting UGC (User-Generated Content) advertisements using advanced AI workflows.
This role requires extensive hands-on experience with both Claude and Higgsfield. Candidates without proven experience using these tools will not be considered.
The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI to produce engaging, performance-driven ad creatives optimized for social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Create and edit AI-generated UGC advertisements.
Use Claude and Higgsfield as core production tools throughout the creative process.
Transform creative briefs into compelling, conversion-focused video ads.
Generate, refine, and optimize AI-powered video content for maximum performance.
Adapt content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing team to test, analyze, and improve ad performance.

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience as a video editor.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience using both Claude and Higgsfield.
Strong proficiency in creating AI-generated video content with Claude and Higgsfield is an absolute requirement.
Portfolio containing examples of work created using Claude and Higgsfield.
Strong understanding of UGC advertising and direct-response marketing.
Excellent storytelling, editing, pacing, and creative execution skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
No other projects or jobs ongoing. We require full input on our brand.

Compensation
$1,200 per month.
