Hype Building Ltd is a fast-moving UK property and construction group — refurbishments, HMOs, conversions and a growing portfolio we buy and hold. We film everything on site, we do proper deals, and we’ve built AI into the middle of the business.

That last part matters for you: AI already does the boring bits. Invoices get pre-processed, inboxes get triaged, content gets first-drafted. We’re not hiring you to type — we’re hiring you to review, finish, chase, own and grow. You’ll learn to run a business alongside AI tools, which is the most valuable skill in remote work right now. Very few roles will teach you this.
The opportunity
Ideally one exceptional person covering both areas below, full time. Genuine specialist in just one? Apply anyway — we’ll happily hire two part-time specialists instead. Just tell us which you are.
Area 1 — Bookkeeping & Right Hand to the Director
You’ll keep the money side sharp and become the Director’s go-to across multiple businesses:

• Review and complete AI-processed supplier bills in Zoho Books
• Bank matching and reconciliations — clean books, always
• Chase suppliers, solicitors and paperwork on live property purchases
• Inbox management and whatever the Director needs to keep deals moving

Area 2 — Own Our Social Media. Actually Own It.
We film the raw material on site — real builds, real deals. You turn it into an audience:

• Edit site walkthroughs into YouTube videos and short-form clips
• Run and grow YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn
• Captions, comments, content calendar — your call, your style
• This is not “post 3 times a week” admin. Make the channels yours and smash it. When they grow, you grow.

Who we’re looking for

• Excellent written English
• Detail-obsessed, self-managing, allergic to excuses
• Excited (not nervous) about working with AI tools daily
• Min. 3 hours overlap with UK hours (9am–5pm UK)
• Area 1: bookkeeping experience — Zoho Books a strong advantage (we live in it daily)
• Area 2: show us edits you’ve made and accounts you’ve grown — links required, no links, no interview
