Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, versatile Email Marketing Specialist who can handle an email campaign from concept to send. You will be responsible for planning the strategy, writing the copy, and designing clean, high-converting layouts that look great on desktop and mobile.

We love using smart tech to work efficiently, so if you already use AI tools to speed up your visual design or copy generation, that is a huge bonus!

Key Responsibilities
-Strategy & Planning: Own the email calendar, schedule promotional campaigns, and manage automated customer flows (welcome email s, cart recovery, win-backs).
-Copy & Design: Write clear email copy and design visual layouts that match brand guidelines and drive clicks.
-Execution & Setup: Build, test, and schedule email s inside our Email Service Provider (ESP) to ensure flawless delivery across all inbox apps.
-A/B Testing & Insights: Track basic performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, revenue) and test subject lines or layouts to improve results.

Qualifications
-Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience managing and designing email campaigns end-to-end.
-ESP Familiarity: Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
-Solid Visual Eye: Comfortable creating visual templates using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
-Data-Smart: Understands basic email metrics and how to use them to refine future sends.

Bonus Skills
-AI Tooling: Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Canva AI) to draft copy variations or create visual assets quickly.
-Basic understanding of responsive HTML/CSS for quick layout tweaks.
