Architect VA / Architectural Drafter (AutoCAD, Revit & Lumion)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect VA / Architectural Drafter to support our architectural and design projects remotely. The ideal candidate has strong experience in drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering using AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion. You will work closely with the design team to produce accurate drawings, models, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities:
Create architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Develop 3D models and realistic renderings using Lumion
Assist with floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing
Revise drawings based on client or team feedback
Organize project files and maintain drawing standards
Coordinate with project managers and designers remotely
Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter, Architect VA, or similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with Lumion rendering and visualization
Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation
Good communication skills in English
Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
