FEMALE Virtual Assistant (Work From Home)

We are a growing U.S.-based healthcare company seeking full-time Care Liaisons to join our team.

If you have excellent English communication skills, BPO or customer service experience, and enjoy helping people while coordinating care and building relationships, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications

• BPO or customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Confident in handling inbound and primarily outbound phone calls
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Comfortable being on camera throughout the entire work shift via Google Meet
• Willing to work full-time on a U.S. schedule
• Not currently employed part-time or full-time and available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and primarily outbound phone calls with health care professionals, clients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate client care, caregiver assignments, and ongoing follow-ups
• Communicate updates between clients, caregivers, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions
• Monitor active cases and ensure continuity of care by providing timely follow-ups
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and caregivers
