A fast-growing Home Improvement company in Texas is looking for a young, energetic, ambitious, and sharp person who wants a long-term, high-intensity role with real growth potential.

What You’ll Do (Stage 1 overview):

• Dispatcher role (remote)
• Learn fast and handle complex tasks
• Work directly with management
• Take initiative and think independently
• Solve problems and support daily operations

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent, clear English
• Strong computer + stable internet
• Quiet workspace
• Fast learner, ambitious and adaptable
• Availability: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week (Texas CST)
• Long-term commitment

Salary:

• Training period (1–2 months): $300/month
• After training ? salary review
• New range after training: $400–$900/month (depending on performance)
