About the Role

B2B Pharmacy Cold Caller & Lead Nurturing Specialist

Remote – Philippines

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | U.S. Business Hours

$175 USD Weekly Base Pay + $50 Closed-Pharmacy Bonus

Important Application Requirement

To be considered, you must message us with a 60–90 second video explaining why we should choose you for this role. Applications submitted without a video will not receive a response.

About the Position

A growing U.S.-based pharmacy supply distributor is hiring an experienced B2B cold caller to contact independent pharmacies throughout the United States.

Your responsibilities will include finding pharmacy leads, identifying purchasing decision-makers, making outbound calls, sending approved information, building relationships and consistently following up until qualified pharmacies are ready to move forward.

This is not a general virtual-assistant or customer-service position.

This is an outbound B2B sales role. Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience is required.

Compensation

  • First two days: Paid self-guided training for four hours per day
  • First week: $140 USD, including training and the three remaining full shifts
  • Starting Week 2: $175 USD per week base pay
  • Performance bonus: $50 for every pharmacy you help close and fully onboard
  • Opportunity for increased compensation and responsibility based on performance

The first month is a trial and evaluation period. Successful representatives may transition into a permanent full-time position.

This is a remote independent-contractor/virtual-assistant opportunity.

Training and Certification

You will receive access to a comprehensive, self-guided pharmacy sales academy.

The first two training days are approximately four hours each. After completing the initial training days, you must be available for full eight-hour shifts.

The academy includes:

  • Pharmacy-industry fundamentals
  • Understanding pharmacies, PBMs and pharmacy decision-makers
  • Diabetic and medical-supply product education
  • B2B cold-calling techniques
  • Lead sourcing and list building
  • Gatekeeper navigation
  • Identifying owners, pharmacists and purchasing managers
  • Lead qualification
  • Objection handling
  • Follow-up and lead nurturing
  • GoHighLevel CRM tutorials
  • Call placement, email s, pipeline management and follow-up tasks
  • Approved scripts, email templates and company materials
  • AI-powered pharmacy call practice
  • Realistic voice-call simulations
  • Searchable knowledge base
  • AI Call Coach access

Training is self-guided, but your completion, scores and performance are monitored by management.

Requirements to Begin Live Calls

Before contacting live pharmacies, you must:

  • Complete all assigned training sections
  • Watch all required training videos
  • Pass the 30-question final quiz with a score of 70% or higher
  • Complete realistic AI pharmacy call simulations
  • Score 70% or higher on at least three different uncoached call simulations
  • Demonstrate professional communication and accurate company knowledge
  • Receive management approval for live calling

Completing the lessons alone does not guarantee approval. You must demonstrate that you can professionally handle pharmacy conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Find and research independent pharmacy leads
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. pharmacies
  • Navigate gatekeepers professionally
  • Identify pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, pharmacists-in-charge and other decision-makers
