Social Media VA for Beauty Brand — DMs, Lead Follow-Up & Booking

hi! i'm margarita, founder of two beauty businesses in vancouver, canada: a permanent makeup studio and a hair supplement brand. i'm hiring ONE reliable VA to handle messaging across both so i can focus on content and growth. everything is written communication, i personally take any phone or video consults.

YOUR TASKS:

permanent makeup studio:

reply to instagram + facebook inquiries using my script doc (pricing, availability, FAQ)
follow up with leads who went quiet (follow-up sequences provided)
book appointments into my calendar
flag anything unusual to me

supplement brand:

research instagram creators in the hair/health/wellness niche that match my criteria and build outreach lists in a spreadsheet
DM potential affiliate partners from the brand account using my templates
find and engage with women discussing hair loss topics on instagram and start conversations from the brand account (templates + training provided, daily limits apply)

email outreach to creators and potential partners
track all outreach and replies in a spreadsheet

BONUS PAY: $10 for every permanent makeup deposit you close through DMs, on top of your hourly rate. close two deposits in a day and you've doubled that day's pay.

REQUIREMENTS:

excellent written english, you'll be writing to customers all day
experience managing instagram DMs for a business
available to overlap with pacific time (vancouver) hours
own computer + stable internet
you follow instructions exactly and keep spreadsheets updated without being reminded

15 hours/week to start. this is a long-term role, if you're great, hours grow, pay grows, and you become my right hand as the brand scales.
