Exceptional Cold Caller - Fast & Intense Role...

Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | $500 USD/month

We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our established client's team on a full-time basis.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position based on UK timing for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, speaking with prospects, handling objections, and consistently booking qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Speak confidently and professionally with prospects
• Follow our calling scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Identify qualified prospects and decision-makers
• Handle common objections and keep conversations moving
• Book qualified appointments for the team
• Accurately update our CRM and call records
• Follow up with prospects when required
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
• Communicate results, feedback, and challenges to management
• Continuously improve your calling approach based on performance
• Track and takes cold calls via GoHighLevel CRM

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of cold calling / appointment-setting experience preferred
• Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with strangers over the phone
• Comfortable handling rejection and objections
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Experience with CRMs, diallers, or lead-management systems is a plus
• Proven ability to hit targets and consistently produce results

The Right Person

We’re not looking for someone who simply reads a script.

We want someone who can have a real conversation, build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, overcome objections, and turn cold prospects into qualified appointments.

If you are competitive, persistent, coachable, and take pride in your results, you’ll do very well in this role.

Compensation

$500 USD/month base salary

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Additional performance bonuses are available based on results and appointment performance.

There is also potential for increased compensation for consistently strong performers.

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week

You must be able to work the required schedule consistently and be available during the hours when our target market is most active.
