Operations Manager – Construction/Engineering Background Preferred

Lighthouse Voyages is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate a remote team, and turn leadership ideas into clear action plans.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience as an Operations Manager (or similar role) in a construction, contracting, home services, or engineering business — someone who understands job scheduling, crews, subcontractors, and project timelines.

Employment: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: $600–$1,200/month, depending on schedule and experience
Work Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Track team assignments, deadlines and performance
Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
Coordinate client onboarding and follow-ups
Create and improve SOPs and workflows
Organize projects, priorities and leadership requests
Research events, expos and partnership opportunities
Conduct outreach to potential partners and affiliates
Provide clear daily and weekly updates

Qualifications:

Experience as an Operations Manager in a construction, contracting, or engineering business strongly preferred
Strong organization, delegation and follow-through
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients
Familiar with CRM and project-management platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Asana, Trello, ---------- )
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
Experience with recruitment, client success or business growth is a plus
