Dispatcher (Trucking/Logistics)

Beeline Group is a growing U.S. trucking and transportation company operating across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy dispatcher to join our remote operations team and help keep our fleet running smoothly and our drivers supported around the clock.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes
Serve as the first point of contact for drivers — communicate clearly and calmly to help resolve issues as they come up on the road
Monitor truck locations and status in real time; track who is actively dispatching and who is not
Track driver attendance and shift start times; follow up on no-shows
Monitor and manage ELD (Electronic Logging Device) system data and camera systems for compliance and safety
Flag and escalate any operational issues (delays, breakdowns, compliance flags) promptly
Maintain accurate, organized records of dispatch activity
Requirements:
Fluent English, both written and spoken — strong, clear communication is essential
Comfortable and confident working with technology and multiple software systems simultaneously (dispatch software, ELD platforms, camera monitoring systems)
Strong customer-service mindset — patient, helpful, and solutions-oriented when supporting drivers
Ability to multitask and stay organized while monitoring multiple trucks/drivers at once
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home work environment
Prior dispatch, logistics, or customer support experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
Available to work U.S. night hours on a 2 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule
