About the Role

Type of Work: Customer Service / E-Commerce / Social Media Service Fee: $1,200 – $1,600/month USD, based on experience Coverage required: Our customer-coverage window is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. US Central Time on our business days, normally Monday through Friday. You are responsible for customer coverage during that window. Company holidays and your own paid days off are excluded. You organize your own working time to deliver it, which in practice means working Philippine night hours. Please apply only if you can commit to this long term.

About Us
Stitches & Dye, Oh My! is a US-based custom apparel company serving bowling leagues, tournaments, and teams. We are small, growing quickly, and we are looking for someone to own our order operations end to end so nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a task-taking role. You will own the order process.

What You Will Own
You are the administrative owner of every order from first inquiry to delivery:

  • Respond to new customer inquiries and collect complete order information
  • Create the design brief and hand it to our designer
  • Track every order and know at any moment what each one is waiting on
  • Send status updates, shipping, and tracking information to customers
  • Follow up with our production vendor on timelines and open issues
  • Maintain our Shopify storefront overall: product listings, images and descriptions, inventory, product and

collection organization, storefront pages and content, navigation and menus, and homepage banners and
announcements

  • Process orders and draft orders in Shopify and keep fulfillment and tracking status current
  • Own our organic social media end to end: strategy and content calendar, content creation including short-form

video editing, scheduling and publishing, community management, and monthly performance reporting.
Monitor analytics, spot what is and is not working, and change the content strategy based on it. Paid ads and
boosted posts are outside this role unless separately agreed in writing.

  • Escalate to the owners: pricing questions, refund, credit or cancellation requests, unhappy customers, unusual

requests

Our service standard: new inquiries get an initial response within one of our business days. That is a maximum,
not a target.

Our designer will speak with customers directly about design feedback and revisions. You stay the administrative
owner of the order regardless, and keep the order record current.
Requirements

Must have:

  • Excellent written English. Customers read your email s, so grammar and tone matter.
  • Previous customer service or operations experience with US clients
  • Proven history of working US business hours. Tell us your current or most recent schedule.
  • Strong organization. You will track many orders at once and we need nothing missed.
  • Hands-on Shopify admin experience: creating and editing products, managing inventory and collections,

processing Shopify orders and maintaining fulfillment and tracking status, and general store upkeep

  • Demonstrated social media management: building a content calendar, creating and editing short-form video,

publishing across platforms, responding to comments and messages, and reporting on performance

  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace during US hours

Nice to have:

  • Print on demand or custom apparel experience
  • Shopify theme editing or app configuration
  • Canva or Adobe skills beyond the basics

What We Provide

  • Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Shutterstock accounts, plus a Shopify staff account and role-based access

to our social accounts

  • Payment via Wise, twice monthly. The 1st–15th is paid on the 25th; the 16th–end of month is paid on the 10th

of the following month. We cover all transfer fees, so you receive the full amount.

  • Company-funded Maxicare PRIMA or MediCard Health Plus after 90 days, subject to provider eligibility
  • Paid Service Days: first earned at Day 120, then one for each 30 days of service after that
  • Paid Non-Service Days on US and Philippine dates, per our published annual calendar
  • Annual Service Bonus equal to one month's fee, earned every 12 months of service

This is a long-term, non-exclusive independent contractor engagement. You organize your own working time.
