AI Visual Artist & Content Creator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Visual Artist to support our e-commerce apparel brand in creating high-quality, photo-realistic visual assets for marketing, lifestyle campaigns, and product storytelling. This role requires advanced experience with AI image generation tools, a strong understanding of lifestyle photography aesthetics, and a proven ability to maintain consistency across models, scenes, and brand identity. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands lighting, composition, and realism, and can follow detailed stylistic instructions and mood references. Graphic design versatility and video-focused AI generation experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Produce high-quality, photo-realistic images using AI generation tools following brand guidelines and detailed prompts
-Maintain consistency of models, facial features, textures, lighting, and overall look across multiple generated shots
-Collaborate with Marketing Director to translate creative direction, mood boards, and references into cohesive visual outputs
-Create lifestyle-oriented visuals suited for product storytelling, editorial layouts, and advertising placements
-Generate video-based AI content for reel formats, campaigns, and motion-based concept visuals
-Provide graphic design support for layouts, typography, campaign compositions, and digital assets
-Iterate and revise based on feedback, ensuring image quality, realism, and brand alignment
-Stay current with advancements in AI creative tools, enhancement workflows, and post-processing methods

Qualifications:
-Demonstrated mastery of AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield)
-Specializes in lifestyle imagery: lighting, composition, posing, & realism are critical
-Must show proof of consistency in AI-generated models (portfolio required)
-Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.)
-Familiarity with fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle visual aesthetics
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow nuanced, technical instructions
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot model drift or artifact issues
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
