Remote Automotive Service Advisor – Sales, Marketing & Customer Follow-Up

Genesis Auto Repair is looking for a Remote Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This position will answer incoming customer calls, check and schedule appointments, follow up with customers who received estimates, and contact customers who previously declined recommended repairs. The goal is to reconnect with customers, build trust, schedule appointments, and generate repair sales. Strong sales and marketing skills are required, including customer retention, lead follow-up, customer reactivation, appointment setting, and converting opportunities into sales.

The ideal candidate must have strong automotive knowledge and real Service Advisor experience. You must be able to review an MPI (Multi-Point Inspection), understand the technician's findings, identify recommended repairs, and accurately build and write up an estimate. You should understand vehicles, parts, components, labor, maintenance, and repair procedures. You must also be able to paint the picture for the customer—explain what is wrong, what the component does, why the repair is important, what could happen if it is ignored, and why the customer should take care of it. Experience and familiarity with Tekmetric is required, including navigating repair orders, customer history, estimates, inspections, appointments, and recommendations.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, confident on the phone, sales-driven, marketing-minded, and experienced in automotive service advising, estimate writing, sales, customer service, and customer retention. Spanish-speaking ability is a major advantage. The position starts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Central Time, with the opportunity to move to full-time based on performance.
