Etsy Listings Specialist

Job Summary:
We're hiring an Etsy Listings Specialist to help manage and grow our online shop. This role centers on creating and optimizing product listings, researching keywords to boost visibility, and keeping our storefront organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize Etsy listings, including titles, descriptions, and tags
• Research keywords to improve product discoverability and search ranking
• Edit product photos to match our brand's visual style
• Update inventory, pricing, and product variations as needed
• Study competitor listings and trends to find new optimization ideas
• Keep shop sections organized and easy to browse
• Handle customer messages related to products and orders
• Review listing performance data and recommend improvements
• Support seasonal updates and new product launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience managing Etsy shop listings
• Solid grasp of Etsy SEO and keyword strategy
• Comfortable with photo editing tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Familiarity with the Etsy Seller Dashboard
• Independent, dependable, and detail-focused
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon
• Knowledge of Etsy Ads and promotional features
• Background in graphic design or photo editing
• Comfortable analyzing shop analytics
• Able to manage multiple listing projects at once
