Content Manager Strategist

CONTENT MANAGER — VIDEO EDITING, POSTING & LEAD GENERATION

We’re looking for a results-driven Content Manager who understands how to turn social media content into qualified leads—not just views and followers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Editing raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping short-form videos / ads
• Adding captions, hooks, transitions, graphics, and strong calls to action
• Posting and scheduling content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and YouTube Shorts
• Writing captions and CTAs designed to generate comments, DMs, appointments, and leads
• Researching trends, competitors, viral hooks, and content ideas
• Reviewing analytics and adjusting the content strategy based on performance
• Helping grow our social media pages organically

The most important part of this position is lead generation. We need someone who understands the difference between content that receives views and content that attracts potential customers.

The ideal candidate:

• Knows how to generate leads through organic content
• Has experience growing social media accounts
• Has edited high-performing short-form content/ads
• Is familiar with clip pages and understands how to identify, edit, package, and post engaging clips that can grow an audience
• Understands hooks, retention, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Understands how to measure leads, DMs, booked appointments, and conversions—not only likes and views
• Is dependable, organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines
• Communicates clearly and accepts feedback well
• Experience growing or managing successful clip pages is a major plus
